DELIVERY & SETUP
Where does GOAT deliver?
GOAT is based in Murfreesboro and can travel to events outside the immediate area.
There is currently no set maximum delivery distance. Longer-distance rentals may require additional coordination and are subject to GOAT's approval based on the event location, schedule and existing rentals.
What do I need at my event location?
You'll need an appropriate space where the GOAT trailer can be safely parked for the duration of your rental, along with permission from the property or venue owner when required.
Certain games may require level ground, additional space or a softer playing surface. Any game-specific requirements will be provided where applicable.
Do I need to provide electricity?
No. The GOAT trailer has its own power.
What if my event is on asphalt or concrete?
Some games are better suited to softer playing surfaces. GOAT is exploring portable turf options for locations where grass or another suitable surface isn't available.
If you're unsure whether your event space will work for the games you're interested in, contact GOAT before booking.
DURING YOUR RENTAL
Does someone from GOAT stay with the trailer?
For standard rentals, no.
GOAT delivers and sets up the trailer, but does not remain onsite for the duration of a standard rental. Once the trailer and equipment have been delivered and set up, the renter is responsible for the trailer and equipment until GOAT returns.
Can I keep the trailer overnight?
Yes. Overnight and multi-day rentals are available, subject to availability and approval.
Can I rent the trailer for an entire weekend?
Yes! The 48-hour rental option is $1,500.
If you need the trailer for longer than 48 hours, contact GOAT to discuss your event and extended rental options.
When will GOAT pick up the trailer?
GOAT plans pickup around the scheduled end of your rental and allows up to approximately 30 minutes after the scheduled end time for pickup.
If your event ends early, contact GOAT so pickup arrangements can be adjusted when possible.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Can I reschedule my rental?
Yes, subject to availability.
7 or more days before your rental: No rescheduling fee.
2–6 days before your rental: $25 rescheduling fee.
Less than 48 hours before your rental: $50 rescheduling fee.
Your new rental date must be an available date offered by GOAT
What happens to the money I've already paid if I reschedule?
If you reschedule rather than cancel, your existing payment can be transferred to the new approved rental date. Applicable rescheduling fees may still apply.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you choose to cancel rather than reschedule:
7 or more days before your rental: You may receive a refund of amounts paid, minus any non-refundable processing or transaction fees actually incurred by GOAT.
3–6 days before your rental: You may receive a 50% refund of amounts paid.
0–2 days before your rental: No refund will be provided.
Cancellation and rescheduling are treated separately. If you'd still like to rent the GOAT trailer on another date, request a reschedule rather than cancelling your reservation.
WEATHER
What happens if bad weather affects my rental?
If GOAT determines that your rental cannot safely take place because of weather, you can choose to receive a full refund or reschedule your rental at no additional charge.
